Lavender Tea House will donate 50% of profits made from this tea to the Nursing Mothers Counsel of Oregon (NMC). The NMC supports breastfeeding mothers with encouragement to new mothers, answers to breastfeeding questions and phone counselors. This helps each mother to make choices about breastfeeding that are best for her and her baby.

NMC is also a source of information and support for women who want to keep breastfeeding after returning to work or school. Breastfeeding classes are available for parents, teachers, and physicians.
