In this class, young chefs will learn that there is more than one use for this versatile dough. With this one extraordinary dough, students will learn a variety of sweet and savory dishes they can easily make at home.

Adult pastry class for beginners
18 and older

Students will discover the three most common dough's found in pastry recipes. In this 2 1/2 hour class, students will learn to make puff pastry, pie dough, short dough and how and where they are used.
