For
Firefox, clear your browser cache by doing the following:
- Press and hold Control and Shift keys on your keyboard.
- Press the Delete key on your keyboard, then release all three keys.
- A popup dialog box should display with the title "Clear Private Data".
- Ensure that "Cache" is selected. If it isn't click on the checkbox to select it.
- Click the "Clear Private Data Now" button.
- Firefox may need to be completely exited (close all Firefox windows in MS Windows, or select "Quit" from the menu on the Mac), before the cache is truly cleared.
